Dealer setup information
Setup begins at 7:30AM on Sunday the 5th. Unfortunately there
is an event on Saturday night so we cannot do any setup that night. The
elevator will be available for use from 7:30 on. It would be preferred if
there was no unloading after 10:00 as the carts do tend to get in the way of
attendees. There will be a limited number carts available, they are
available on a first come first served basis but I would recommend bringing
your own of you have and and will need one. When arriving your name will be
on your table and there will be someone to show you where your table is, the
person who can direct you to your table will be at the front entrance table
at the top of the stairs when coming into the Red & White Club. If someone
is not there, then they will be shortly as they are probably showing someone
else to their table. While you may have your own back stand for display
please do not have a back stand setup that will interfere with dealers
beside or behind you. There will be food services from 11:00 - 2:00 in the
Red & White Club. The food is being done by the Uof C food services, Hot
dogs will be $2.00, pop will be $1.50 and there will also be chips available
but I do not know the price. I have asked for there to be an ATM, the
coordinator in looking into it for me, but I have not heard back. The
